Research & Publications

I am a leadership scholar who studies the complex relationship between leadership and employee well-being. My research explores what drives high-quality leadership—and what happens when it falls short. I’m particularly interested in how leaders’ behaviors and experiences influence not only their own health, but also the health and performance of the people they lead. A central focus of my work is women and leadership, including the systemic and interpersonal barriers women face in attaining and sustaining leadership roles. Across my research, I aim to generate insights that help organizations create healthier, more equitable, and more effective workplaces.
